"Customer service was a letdown"
I reached out to nukeoptics.com with a question about my order, it was annoying. It took a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, the answer didn’t really clear anything up. I sent another message after that and then just never heard back. Maybe their products are totally fine, I don’t know, but the whole customer service side of things left a bad impression. It’s frustrating because a simple reply probably would’ve fixed it, but instead it just made me not want to order from them again.

Uh, it fit my rifle just fine and worked with my setup without any weird compatibility issues. Straightforward overall.

"Return was more hassle than I expected"
I bought from nukeoptics.com and ended up needing to return it. The whole return process was slow and not super clear, honestly. It took a while to get responses, and I had to follow up more than once to keep things moving. It did get sorted out eventually, but it was frustrating overall and not a great experience.

"Not what I was expecting"
I had higher hopes for this, but as soon as I opened it, it felt cheap. The finish looked sloppy too, which was disappointing because I expected better quality from nukeoptics.com. It just didn’t match what I thought I was getting, so I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I placed an order and the biggest issue was the communication. I didn’t really get clear updates, so I had to keep checking on my own to figure out what was happening. When they did reply, it was slow and kind of vague, and that part was weird because it made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be. The product itself might be fine, but I expected better updates along the way.

I was really hoping this would be worth it, but it just wasn’t. I had planned around using it and ended up feeling like I wasted my time and money, which was super frustrating. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I dropped it one time from the seat of my truck and the mount cracked right away. that seems questionable to me for something that’s supposed to be tough. For what I paid, I expected it to hold up way better. Disappointing

"Looks decent, but the view is a mess"
I wanted to like it because it feels okay in the hand and doesn’t look cheap, but the glass just isn’t clear. Even in bright daylight, the edges looked smeared and blurry. Sometimes the center seemed fine for a second, then I’d move slightly and it was annoying again. Not totally awful, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

"Box was beat up"
The item itself was okay, but the box came looking rough. Like, beat up. Everything seemed fine inside, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

"Had to escalate over stock issues"
I went in expecting to grab a few things, but the stock was really hit or miss. A couple of items I needed weren’t available, and after not getting much of a clear answer, I had to ask for someone higher up to help. It was a bit frustrating because it felt like something that should’ve been handled more smoothly.

"Something feels off with the price"
I walked away feeling like the price was way higher than what I actually got. The quality wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t match the cost. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of felt like they’re banking on people not questioning the markup too much...

"Got the wrong optic and no real help"
I ordered a specific optic from nukeoptics.com, and the one that showed up was not the model I chose. The box had a different model on it, so it was obvious right away that something went wrong with my order.

I’m admittedly picky about optics, so I double-checked my confirmation email to make sure I hadn’t clicked the wrong thing. I hadn’t. I reached out to them, but the replies were slow and didn’t really lead to any actual solution.

For me, this is the kind of thing that’s hard to overlook because the whole point is sending the correct item. Maybe other people have had better luck, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

I tried using nukeoptics.com it was a pain. The pages loaded slowly, the menu didn’t make much sense, and I kept clicking around in circles just trying to find basic stuff like product details, prices, specs, sizing, shipping info, pretty much anything you’d normally want before buying. On my phone it was even worse, buttons felt awkward, pages didn’t seem to sit right, and I kept losing track of where I was. After a while I just gave up. Maybe the products are fine, but the website itself made shopping there way harder than it needed to be...
